II. List of Social media planner qualifications
1. BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, Business or other related field
2. 3 years of social media experience, must include experience with and understanding of:
3. How large companies are utilizing the various social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, G , Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, etc.)
4. Social analytical tools, social KPIs and social bench marketing resources
5. Leading social media strategy development and identifying approaches to optimize social campaigns
6. Managing and providing recommendations on how to effectively improve social platform engagement
7. Producing regular enterprise/company-wide social analytical reporting and competitive/ social landscape evaluations
8. Working with cross-functional teams to achieve a common goal
9. Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
10. Strong verbal and written communication skills
11. Strong ability to analyze data and deliver the story behind the data
12. Strong persuasion and presentation skills
